What have you set 'Type of injection' to ('Sequential', 'Full Group', 'Part group')? It needs to be set to 'Sequential'.
Assuming you've set it to Sequential and assuming it's still running closed loop mode - If you set HP pressure in software settings and if the 191 flat-map figure seems to give similar fuel trims (or Pinj) compared to running on petrol, then drill nozzles to 3mm.
If the fuel computer reads 25mpg on LPG but only does 19mpg on petrol you may have calibrated the LPG system too rich, or it may be running in open loop mode (which would most likely be due to a problem with calibration or LPG ECU input/output routing.

Re: Lpg in a Merc clk 3.2 v6
Ok so an update it's been running ok but when at higher loads eg on a motorway it's been getting engine warning light I think due to lean gas so today I decided to open the jets out to 3mm from 2.7 should be easy I thought however when I tried to auto calibrate it nearly stopped and when done it's saying 5he nozzles are too small smaller than before then I noticed it's running at 1.5 bar gas instead of 1.7 so I adjusted it a bit that's when it all went pear shaped now it won't run on gas the pressure seems to be on 1.7 whilst running and on 2.3 whilst stopped and it won't run unless it has the map at 255 across the board something strange going on me thinks now I just need to find out what

I think it's the reducer its a kme gold but it seems to struggle holding a stable pressure especially at 1.7 bar

Managed to get the reducer to hold 1.7 bar however it's still a bit strange seems to miss when hot and on gas im suspecting the injectors but I'm not sure maybe they can't flow enough
Re: Lpg in a Merc clk 3.2 v6
Seems to misfire under what conditions (idle / low load / high load / rpm etc)?
