how to adjust lpg level sender

anyone have any tips on how to adjust the level sender, in the software i have its set on aeb but there no way to adjust it, if i select a different sender my gauge just goes into the red even though the tank is full. can anyone tell me how i should be doing this

Depends on what sender you have and what system. Some have the ability to set a custom type so you can enter the numbers you want to correspond with which LEDs are lit.

its an emer system, i can set it to non std which lets me put in different numbers for each light on the gauge but whenever i type in a number the second i click out the box it jumps back to what it was previous

It's very annoying 1990s software (But reliable and it works), when you type the number you then have to press enter. Took me a while to figure it out.

The Italian way of translating is another "feature" - I used to work with Olivetti passbook printers and if they didn't know the English word (or there wasn't an exact one with the same meaning) for what they wanted to say they just used the Italian one instead in their documentation....

Happens a lot in all the English 'translated' documentation for LPG stuff, as well as some of the software.. Spelling mistakes are found in software too, for example, for many years some Italian system software allowed you to select a setting from a list - low, medium, or higth..

Italians sometimes seem a bit lost trying to describe using words alone - written word doesn't allow for body language and gestures which are probably more necessary in a language with a small vocabulary.
