LPG Tune In South East

Do any of you serve the South-East? I have an F150 with a Romano system with the following three issues I would like someone to take a look at:

- The EML light is on continuously with both banks showing as too lean;
- After starting, from cold the LPG will switch over from petrol in roughly under a minute. This has been fine until a couple very cold winter's mornings which cause the engine to stall when first started on the driveway. Once moving and stopped at the end of the road/traffic lights, there's no issue;
- The engine idles quite rough on LPG. I've changed the plugs for NGK Iridium and installed new coil boots/springs which has made no difference.

I would like someone reputable to diagnose the above as otherwise the truck seems to drive just fine.

Not too far from Redhill, if you avoid the rush hour it won't take long.
