Corsa c conversion

Hi, im currently gas converting the black corsa i did the head on.
The corsa is a 2002 1.2. I've already drilled and tapped the manifold and got the rail all mounted and piped up.
The manifold hasn't got the flaps in the manifold so im presume it's an easier conversion?
The kit is a Ac stag 300-4 the vapouriser is a Zavoli Zeta N and the rail is a omvl fast.
Never done a vauxhall conversion before so just asking has anyone got any pointers / tips they now etc or just point me in the right direction?
Wasn't sure weather to run the lead balls and a valve saver for the price?

An easy conversion for sure...

Depending on what nozzles you got with the OMVLs you may need some smaller nozzles.. Some of the Zavoli reducers have a limited range of pressure adjustability - if you got 2.5mm nozzles they're gonna be too large to run at 1.2 bar (depends where you bought the injectors and what the supplier had in stock!).

I believe the petrol pressure reg vac pipe goes to above throttle valve (non vac side) on some small Vauxhall engines but think yous will be conventional relative pressure type - If above the vac pipe it can make for some interesting tuning...

Thanks simon, the kit is a second hand kit. It has come of an audi A2. The tank is a 50Litre 0 Degree.
So as regarding the rails i will have alook once the system is working etc.

Yeah, i didn't want to spend alot on a kit for a 52 plate car tbh, aslong as it works and is safe that will do me
