I have no idea who certified UKLPG, Aren't they independent?

Since last nights fall I am concussed.
Since reading this poll I am confused.
Therefore I have ticked Confussed.

I would say I don't know or I'm confused but neither are an option. I don't think I'm confussed as that might be something completely different. My missus has Russian as her native language and although they have the letters S and C in the Cyrillic alphabet, they are transposed when used so he might mean confucced....... (R and P are transposed too which is why USSR becomes CCCP)
