Berlingo LPG Solenoid?

Heya all,

Does anyone know where the lpg solenoid/switch/relay - whichever it's called - is located on a 2005 LPG & Petrol Berlingo? (The LPG has stopped working)

I don't really know whether this will make any sense as I haven't got a clue about any of this but asking on behalf of my step-dad who is useless with computers!

What were you planning to do with it? There's rather more to it than waggling a relay. The gas is a complete sub-system managed by its own ECU - it'll refuse to work because of a whole bunch of possible events. There are at least two on/off solenoid valves (one at the tank, one in the engine bay) that occasionally pack up or stick. But an empty tank - or it thinks there is an empty tank - or a sensor failure, or damaged wiring, or ECU fault etc etc. will all cause it to baulk. Even low engine coolant level, which is a really non-obvious cause.

Is there more to it than "stopped working"? Flashing lights, lack of lights, beeps etc.

It helps if we know the brand/model of gas system fitted. I guess this is "factory" conversion from new? These were done by Nicholson McLaren but I don't know what they used - Necam SGI I think.
