lets see if anyone can guess which approved supplier said this to me "you can't see it when you close the bonnet"

I prefer to have a system that you can hardly see when the bonnet is open too

I must dig out some pictures of mine... You can see the injectors (obviously) but the rest of it isn't visible until you look for it

not a lot of time at the mo but will give you the full story later when doi is on the telly ..........it's good......

It seems that most of the installers on here work to a standard I would expect, but then that's no real surprise

It's just such a shame that most people who find this forum do so because they have a problem... It makes LPG look lke a problematic fuel when it isn't Mind you, it does keep the take up of LPG lower so the government don't decide to hammer us with duty

ok sorry for the delay one of the kids is home for the weekend from uni & iv'e been to laser quest
right it goes like this .phone rings hi andy 2 of our reps are in your area tomorrow and want to call in to put names to faces and so on ,ok that's fine what time ill put the kettle on for them ,they turned up the following day as planned introduced themselves to me as E & N and asked if i would like to buy some kits from them i mentioned to them that i was concerned about the quality of the work of some of the people they had trained up and the fact that the system doesn't lend itself to being installed neatly, during the course of the morning there had been around 6/7 customers of mine come & go to which we opened the bonnet of all cars to show the quality of work (they didn't seem that impressed)there where also 2 cars finished and waiting for collection . i passed a comment that the standard of work that i had seen by ###### trained & approved installers all seemed the same ....poor....messy....untidy......& not what i would accept as a good job, to which the reply came "you can't see it when you close the bonnet" mmmmm i thought not the right reply but hey ho.they also said that their customers like to see what there getting for their money.after seeing at least 9 of the cars i had converted & spoke to the customers i decided to have a little "you've seen mine now let's see your's " we walked over to the car they came to see me in to promote their system (V8 ML) opened the bonnet and they then came out with "but this is our test car that we test faulty component's on speech" to which i replied & "that one over there is mine can you see a difference".i then said that i can now see why all the ###### "trained & approved" none UKLPG installers fit the systems that way to which she said "WELL YOU CAN'T SEE IT WHEN YOU CLOSE THE BONNET" ....closing the bonnet and driving away ......PRICELESS.....

As they say in Wales ... That's mint that is. Absolute genius. You can't see it when you close the bonnet ! Love it.

i would give you the knives Tubbs but it looks like iv'e just used them

we are like the morecome and wise of the gas trade, you set em up and i will nail the punch line !
nice to have a bit of banter. If im ever up the wirral i definately recon ive won a cuppa in your finest workshop mug !
