Has anybody experience with flash-lube valve protection.Is it necessary for Vectras?Should the fitter of thr system recommend it if required.I have already asked the question in another post but had no reply yet.Any help would be appreciated.

I would use the search function. There should be a fair bit of info here. I have seen things as various as flash lube 'does no more than tomato sauce' and does nothing to fitters saying you should use it on some engines.
I am pretty certain the Vauxhalls use hydraulic tappets on the in-line engines so will self adjust if they wore a little. Vauxhall do not fit flash lube I doubt if they fit any special valves either to their so called "factory fits" as they just get standard cars converted at workshops in the uk.
Unless anyone in the trade knows better that is.
There is a guy over on the Car Mechanics Forum who used to convert the Vauxhall "factory fit " lpg cars who does not mind chatting about them.

Ive got a FL Kit fitted on my Toyota, cheap to buy, easy to fit and costs peanuts per mile to keep topped up with oil.

Cant tell you about Vauxhalls but for peace of mind I would recomend one.
