fualty vaporizer i think
ok the other day i was driving and noticed the lpg missfiring and cutting out when i let off the throttle so thought i was out of lpg, filled up today and it still does it, i also noticed that when i turn the lpg off i can still here gas coming out the vaporizer. can anyone tell me what the fault is. i disconnect the wires from the solenoid on the vaporizer and i can still here the gas flowign through the vaporizer for a short period of time.
Re: fualty vaporizer i think
Probably yes - A refurb kit for whatever unit it is should sort it. Its likely the diaphragm inside has started leaking and is either effecting the output pressure, or allowing gas to enter via the vacuum take off into the engine (bypassing the injectors in the process so no proper control over the fuelling).nokia_aid wrote: im guessing thats my problem

On the other side of that there is a brass lever arm. The seal on that arm is the most common cause of leaks on the OMVL
