Liquid injection systems - are there many being installed?

I may have asked a similar question before directly to classic swede and simon at lpgc so apologies in advance as that was at the start of the year. I am still looking at replacing a lexus rx300(facelift2003) that is on LPG. Romano I think? I am keen on the vag 1.8 tsi in either a yeti/octavia/superb 4x4 for each as my mk1 octavia 4x4 has been incredible these last 8-9 years. I contacted prinsuk about liquimax but they have passed the petrol conversions to Green Automotive ( Mike Scott) in Huddersfield but I have not been able to find much else out about them.

Have liquid systems got to the point where they are now viable? I know early systems had pump failures. Or are most installers using more conventional approach with port injection and injector pulse to save the injectors from damage.
