a bit of a update.

my car has been in for some work, major service and had my emls looked at. I was expecting my emls to be caused by air leaks but garage couldnt find any and recommended a change of maf. which ive done and now eml free for the first time in 9 months !

But they have discovered ...

Ive spoke to a trusted person and they have said one word about eurolpg - "Dont" - better places to give your £1200 to. Looks like my mind is made up and the trip north is in order !

Naughty naughty. Funnily enough I have just renewed my breakdown at a cost of 500 quid (3 vans 2 cars). Also I have spare key with a dead transponder chip

My car is going in next week as I have a recurring cat eml so will be in touch once that's sorted.

Funnily enough medway dual fuel are 10 minutes down the road from me - i used them before for a bit of pipework work on my old car and they seem a good bunch of guys. The only problem is they charge 2 grand plus for a 6 cylinder install - i dont mind paying as i am doing 400 miles a week at the mo ...

Ive been quoted £1200 quid to have a brc system fitted. Living in kent the choice (and prices !!) are rather limited

I have a Merc 230 Supercharged running about 200 brake with a max of 7 psi from the charger.

I have a dream 21 lpg system

I can get a smaller puller which ups the boost buy 2 -3 psi

But the pulley is designed to be used in conjunction with the later OBD2 type ecu which can be ...

NGK list both LPG and non LPG iridium plugs - was just wondering what the difference was really ??

I can buy a set of standard plugs for less than a tenner but you can get lpg specific iridion plugs for my engine (mercedes c230k) for about 50 quid. Anyone used them - do they make any difference ??

Have a look at Richard's site, http://www.filllpg.co.uk and see for yourself (and add any that aren't there). The only 2 London ones I know for definite is Sainsburys at Beckton (A13/A406 Junction) and the Calor depot on the A12 at Bow.

So you can actually drive in and fill up a car at the calour ...

bit of a update. Finally got the new vapouriser fitted yesterday at Medway Dual Fuel. Good bunch of guys - took them 2 plus hours in the pi$$ing rain as it wasnt a straight fit at all and only charged me what they quoted on the fone :) (reducers, pipe cutting etc etc) No gas smell and running sweet ...

Worth doing

Although the one I've bought is more or less the same as my old one its rated 280hp and my car is 200hp I'm assuming there is some faffing to do to get to work correctly

hi, ive discovered where the leak is I think, its the big bolt right at the bottom of the regulator

so how do you shut the gas supply of to the front - i assumed it was this knob but ive turned it clockwise as far as it goes but it made no difference - I turned it anti clockwise as far as i dared ...
