Re: Loud popping coming from reducer

Hi thanks, but it is not the injectors. It is definitely the reducer

If I put my hand on it I can feel it banging, the recording was taken from inside the van

Loud popping coming from reducer

I am getting a loud popping sound coming from the reducer, it started off only doing it at tickover when warm, it now seems to do it all the time, but again only when the engine has fully warmed up.

Gas pressure is set to 130
It is one of the Magic III units (I think that is what it is)

The van ...

Re: Preheater for the reducer or combined unit

Hi
Thanks, it has a separate cold enrichment valve on the top of the inlet manifold that feeds all 5 cylinders at the same time this can be unplugged to stop this running, it's a KiNG sequential LPG system, but it's being run as full group.

It has a massive water system, it's a LWB VW t4 caravelle ...

Preheater for the reducer or combined unit

What I'm trying to see is available is some kind of low power pre heater or combined heater for the reducer, we all have to run on petrol till the reducer is at a minimum of ...

ECU pin out diagram

Hi guys,

I am trying to find a pin out diagram for the KING breed of ECUs, it looks like it will be the same as the OMVL and AEB, I in my wisdom removed all the unused/un-needed wires from the ECU connector to ensure there was no chance of any loose/cut wires touching anything it shouldn't ...

Trying to get to the bottom of something, does anyone know if the communication to the ECU old school serial data or USB ?

I see right across the forum people using USB to serial converters and using com ports and still having issues.

Re: VW T4 5 cyl position of Shut off valve and injector link

Pretty much all done.

Got a few bits of wiring to solder up and the supply pipe to clip to the underside of the van, got it routed roughly following the same path as the Brake lines and have plenty of room and places to clip and as I have use of a 2 post lift, I can get it up over my head to make ...

VW T4 5 cyl position of Shut off valve and injector linking

Hi Guys

I am just starting the install on my bus and am just querying a couple of things.

Firstly, my tank has both a manual and electric shutoff at the multivalve, but my kit has come with a second electric shut off solenoid, am I correct to assume that this is to be fitted as far front and as ...
