Re: engine stalls when it switches to lpg, trys but stalls.

If you hold in the switch on the gas level indicator on the dash, switch ignition on,hold for
9 seconds you can start on gas.i believe its used for emergency startups if your out of petrol. Im presuming if I do this to check solanoid I won't have to wait for car to be up to temperature for the ...

We do have a LPG recovery tank at work (not been used in a long while tho),might be a idea if I take car to work and try and get gas out, atleast i can do the diagnostics at home a bit safer. It is atleast attempting to run as i first thought it could be temp probe problem but as ...

As with any trade there's good and bad, personally I enjoy doing a job right. I work mainly in accident repair side, sign of the times we seem to get not many thanks thesedays even when jobs spot on. Be happy that your reputation is a good one and well don't with your attitude to the job.

Re: VALVE SAVER LUBE?

Fully synthetic low ash two stroke oil at the concentration suggested shouldn't harm anything. Modern two strokes even it be in a strimmer have a cat in the exhaust, this is why you don't use oldschool two stroke oil. Many diesel car owners add a bit of two stroke oil to their fuel, there are plenty ...

Re: VALVE SAVER LUBE?

If you google the care of substance and handling for flashlube etc it gives a indication of its contents, I have looked into this myself. I seem to remember kerosine and white spirit being mentioned within its contents. Overall I would have thought a small amount of diesel would be a advantage over ...

A oiler system?
This topic is of interest, I run the 4.7 jeep grand Cherokee that's supposed to have issues with vsr and not wanting to suffer the pain of head removals. Im disgusted at the cost of flash lube products and believe there is a cheaper and more accessible product that would work in ...

Two stations where otherhalf fills up have put theirs up by 6ppl, it was 60.9 pl which was very cheap at the time but they say they were not making anything on it at that price, even so 6p is a large increase.
