Re: Changed to Magic Jet injectors on KING system - won't ru

Hi,
Thanks for that suggestion. Unfortunately it's just the same with the setting changed to Matrix.
I'm going to check all the wiring and perhaps refit the Valtek injectors this evening.
Thanks,
James

Changed to Magic Jet injectors on KING system - won't run!

Hi, Would really appreciate some help here. I recently done an engine conversion. Swapping a Rover K series for a Rover K series turbo. System is a KING. I've been running happily with Valtek injectors on my 120bhp engine for 14,000 miles. Swapping to a 200bhp engine, I thought it best to swap to Ma...

Re: Thanks to Simon at LPGC Yorkshire

Thanks for positive comments re filler.
It was a quickly taken photo! Besides the mobile phone causing an electrical spark theory was disproved by Myth Busters on Discovery TV! Haha

Thanks to Simon at LPGC Yorkshire

Hi, Just wanted to make a recommendation and pass my thanks again to Simon for calibrating my KING system to my MG ZS. The install was my own DIY and Simon calibrated it. It's now driving just as well on LPG as it does on petrol, something I hadn't managed myself! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...

Citroen Nicolson McLaren AG Autogas - Vaporiser Help

Hi. I bought a 2003 Citroen C3 1.4 in December, it has a Nicolson McLaren AG Autogas kit on it. It's a nice looking kit, although it's as old as the car - 9 years, with Citroen wiring connectors etc. I believe it will be a SGI 1 system. The vapiouriser has a pressure regulator on it. http://img.phot...

Thanks for the feedback rossko.

I will pack one side of the injector block's mounting screw with washers so that it's angled.

Rover 200 VVC BRM - DIY LPG Conversion - ESGI 2

Hi all, I thought I'd show you my 1999 Rover BRM after my first DIY LPG conversion. I bought the car in Jan 2011 with 133k miles on the clock, at 149k the head gasket failed but it's passed 150k this week and is still going strong. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v672/JimmieClio/Rover%20BRM/BRMres...

Re: Have I fitted my tank upside down? Tank won't fill.

Thanks Rossko,

So I'll turn the whole tank over.
Strange that the bolt holes will be on the top. I assume this tank was intended for external use?

Have I fitted my tank upside down? Tank won't fill.

Hi, I've just completed my first LPG conversion on my Rover 200 BRM 1.8. I used a brand new ESGI 2 system and bought a 2nd hand Stako full toroidal tank. It came with an Emer valve. It has been used in a Subaru. As the tank was clean and Subarus have spare wheel wells, I assumed it had been fitted i...
