my car will not automatically switch to LPG. I can do it manually by pressing the switch( keep the finger on it till the car start) then turn the ignition key on.

Any thoughts?

It was perfect till they done the 10000 miles service. they connected it to their computer and I think they messed it up ...

I had my honda accord 2.0 litre converted. done 8000 miles in the last 4 months. running like a dream. £32 filling last me 320 miles. very smooth.
Flash lube fitted. not electronic one. running fine. need one drop every 6 seconds.
one intial problem in first 2 weeks of smelling gas but was quickly ...

Country Wide in Ledbury Herefordshire is charging me 59p + VAT which comes to 71p per Liter. Happy with that.

I went there and ended up with an application form. they said the price is negotiable ! !
Its around 59p + VAT

On my Honda, The installer went for the cheaper option of the drip Flashlube rather than the electronic one. I had the option of electronic.
Gravity one is cheaper by one third. They both do the same job ( as long as you get one drop every 6 seconds running to the engine)

I exactly had the same problem when slowing or stopping in traffic
I took it back and it was sorted.
the problem as explained to me is there was a faulty valve. when stopping the pressure do increase and the faulty valve leak causing the smell.

I take every thing on board. No hard feelings at all.
difference in opinions is a healthy thing. If any one get upset because I or the others disagree with him/her then I am not so sure what to say in that respect.
In other posts I did wish the DIY ers good luck and I did say Tubbs and the others ...

Car taken for the 1000 miles inspection( actually done 1650 miles so far)

on another thread by lpgnovice, he started his project of LPG conversion more than 2 weeks ago. still not finished.

And even professionals can get it wrong.

£1566 I think is a bit expensive.
mind you the £995 I paid for my Honda( including the FlashLube system) is for a 4 cylinder Engine.
done 1400 miles so far.
Still getting smell of gas Only when I stop in traffic or the car move slowly. not so sure why.
Will take it on the 12th June for ...
