Re: 2006 saab 9-3 factory dual fuel
hi all
the problem persists even with the injector un-plugged so its definitely leaking. The car changes to gas within 60 seconds even on a cold
start so the petrol injectors see very little use.

Hi all
I have a 2006 Saab 9-3 with factory fitted dualfuel.

I fitted an esgi system to my proton gen2 earlier this year and it has run without fault since fitting.
I need someone near wakefield to check it over and put it on the register.

hi
re-drilled the nozzles to 3mm this morning and ran auto-cal again
and the conversion has gone to .34!
I think the nozzles need to be smaller.
When I use the nozzle size calculator in the esgi software I set the type to valtek 3ohm
the engine powere to 110hp - should this be kw?

evening all
have got some gas in the tank now and have run the adaption.

Its currently running with the injectors drilled to 2mm and the gas pressure is 1.3-1.4 bar.
Its a 1.6ltr with 110bhp.
