Not quite. My injector drive issue was specific to the Mint/Ultragas ECU that you appear not to have. Might be a variation on the theme, or not related at all

That's a big clue. Mint own-brand / Ultragas system? I have been caught on that issue, the underlying reason for me was a too-small peak in the peak-n-hold injector drive failing to open some injectors sometimes (cold starts, or maybe in your case hotter than usual after a short soak). ill second Tubbs on the lambda cost there. From back in my (petrol) performance tuning days having a good quality lambda sensor and WBo2 controller was a high priority. Some of the cheaper widebands just didnt cut the mustard, so to speak. Id imagine the same holds true in the LPG world!
