Screwdriver out. Tighten the lpg jubilees. Old rubber pipes + cold weather = a small gap opening up somewhere on the connectors.

That 'uk lpg certified' install pic with the gas line over the exhaust manifold proves what i already feel.
However, i think the current arrangement with lpg and the law is the best arrangement. More regulation will kill the lpg industry here. Why? Because we are not a low wage developing economy ...

I was in the same boat as you with my rovee 75 v6.
I bought tinleys 6 cyl king kit.
Pretty straightforward to fit and with a bit of guiding on the setup from tubbs i have a good solid install.
Tbh the software auto setups very well. It just needed very slight tweaking ...

I consistently have problems with these nozzles too. the problem is made worse i think because most of the pumps are in the countryside and are worn out and as old as the hills.

Update:
If i remember the mil came on my rover 75 kv6 (same engine as yours) when i was commisioning the lpg.
I had NOT connected the pressure hose from the lpg rail to the lpg pressure sensor. . Presumably causing the engine mix to go all over the shop.

the mil engine light comes on when the enging goes open loop. Ie outside of the allowed parameters for petrol mix.
It is true that it takes an awful lot to get the kv6 mil light to come on. I managed it by not having the lpg kit properly connected. :)

I would expect about 20 mixed miles at least per gallon of lpg for an auto.
Is this the rover kv6 engine?
The rover v6 has rubbish economy if you floor it.
As others have said, do a tune up. Ie Plugs and filters.
Check brakes arent binding too.
I am guessing you have the rover v6 engine...

Please read this. It is the legal regulations for LPG in the UK as understood by the Department of Transport.
It will explain in plain terms what is required for your conversion to make it road legal in this country.

Oh and being lectured to on the importance, indeed life saving properties of a uklpga certificate. Only to do find that other people have had their cars butchered by the recomended installer.

Words fail me when i look at that.
I thought the filler would be on a hose they stretched outside of the boot when you filled up.
A complete lack of understanding of how to safely handle lpg.
But yet it isnt rocket science.
