Sorry, not much time but the lambda voltage should swing between (roughly) 0 and 1V fairly regularly (maybe once a second). Your meter may average this out, depending how fast it is switching so this is one situation where an old fashioned analogue meter is better!

Ok. BIG problem !! I THINK!!!
checked the volts on lambda today got it to sit around
.45 to.55 at tick over ?
then rev to around 3000
volts rise to 1.05 and drop to 0.10
not sure how accurate my tester is. electronic not needle.
Problem being is this !!!
when i put my hand near the temp sensor on ...

cold and snow out so will have to wait for another day to check lambda and stepper voltages etc.
while im here. :)
driving on m4 wet and cold night yesterday went to over take a tanker, got alongside it within all the spray it was throwing up!!!

No idea. What is the lambda reading now it is connected? Is the stepper actually doing anything? if it is, what is it doing? These are things that you can check without the software.

and having a go at people that ARE trying to help, won't get you anywhere.

lambda is connected now yes - rises ...

The lack of lambda signal is what made me think the system is running in open loop so a manual power valve has been fitted instead. Hence a random twiddle would have an effect, setting it up and getting it working properly would have an even greater effect.

You could ask BRC who their agents are in your area

There will also be a few folk like us, who used to fit BRC but not so much now, that they might overlook. Phone up places and ask 'em.

so i can run a few drops of REDEX!! injector cleaner through the petrol and freshin up the fuel lines.valves etc.
to help keep it in tip top shape. hopefully. :D

ps i dont normally run on petrol :wink:
fire up on lpg run on lpg all day and night.
just being a bit fussy some ...

i,ve got a whole bunch of BRC cables at work that i dont use anymore, i,m sure i have a couple of the just leads....cant help with software though

im trying to get more MPG from the LPG.
if one guy at lpg station can get an extra 4 -5 mpg just by adjusting the alenkey,maybe id get more using the program made for it!!!
also changing the switchover from petrol to 2500rpm from 1700rpm as its not enough.
do you know where or whom i could get a ...

you are correct it has the both.
i cannot say if it open or closed?
rocking the switch in dash does make petrol click on off and lpg on and off. while holding on to the stepper motors, i can feel them working!!!
does not use lpg? when running on petrol if that is what you are asking?
