It was doing the same just before battery change but I left it be as i was expecting it to be battery related dont know why. :(

because it stalled a couple of times and had a battery change i plugged her in to see whats what' then that message appeared. what is likekly to be broke ? why does it run smoothly ?

if i continue then it calibrates fine and it will run on lpg without cutting out or anything!! allthough it has stalled once or twice recently.
map is reading 1.16 steady

Any suggestions for a fix assuming the vacume pipe is all good?
do I just up the pressure on the side of the vapouriser?

COLLECTOR PRESSURE TOO LOW ??? What does this mean ?

On re calibration im getting a message saying collector pressure 0.19 too low, continue? what does this mean and how can i correct this, ive done 7000 miles on this conversion trouble free!

Stag 4 system on 2002 Toyota Previa 2.4 petrol/lpg

It took 26 quid to refil the gas tank so 26 quid = 203 miles not sure if this is good but it beats the usual 40 quid a week!! I estimate that there was another 10 ltrs left in the tank.
is this about 26mpg ?

Filled the gas tank 45ltrs on Sunday, now done over 200 miles on gas and the gauge hasn't moved, neither has petrol gauge! Did a 5 quid fill at first to check for leaks and drove for about 100 miles! Is it running on fresh air? What's the best MPG possible? Its definitely on gas you can tell by ...

Sorry I was wrong I actually used 2.5mm drill bit, gas injections times at idle are between 8 - 10 but do go up while driving to about 16 think it shows in last picture.
Some people have suggested that the orange multiplier line should be around 1.4 mine seems higher!

Heres an update, I have replaced 3 x lambda sensors and all 4 ignition coils!! as I had a missfire on petrol just bellow 2000 rpm!! missfire now cured, drives very smooth on petrol :D
When I flooded the engine I suspect this took out the Lambda sensors!! :x
So back onto gas drilled out the nozzles ...

Looking at my gas map, the orange line is way too high on the map, I now know I can move it down but surely autocalibration should have sorted this! why is the multiplier so high?

it wont go into calibration mode until the reducer hits 50 degrees, tried turning up the reducer slightly and i got rpm to high - should run at idle message!!
my rpm reading fluctuates from 640 - 720 rpm on screen is this normal??

What reading do I need to watch or achieve when I up the gas pressure?
and what is the red line with the yellow dots? ive seen it lower on other peoples diagrams, where should it be and why?

Am I correct in saying the nozzles are by the valetek injectors not the spuds on the manifold?? can I buy bigger ones, how do I up the pressure to compensate?

Found the coil wire straight away now have rpm :)
It seems to run quite lumpy can anyone see by my maps what I can do?
When It has autocalibrated it says injector nozzles too small how do I address this?

It has 4 coils, I tried connecting it to what I thought was the wire used on previous lpg setup but no good!
Ive got 4 wires going into each coil so dont know how to find the correct wire :(
