Is it the injectors that strugle to fire that fast or the ecu?

I can connect but it was a year ago since i had a play so il have another try . Faster injectots would shorley help? I dont mind taking it in to let the experts do it but i dont want to waste there time. Any recomendations west mids?

Thanks buddy so i supose my options are to have a play with different nozzles and pressures to make it idle right and then switch to petrol for hard driving or swap to a different setup.

Yea i think theh were last time i plugged it in il plug it in again tommorow and have alook. Iv herd of other xj40's running the same system just not sure how they did it.

I have a xj40 running a multi point lpg system well just about running. It overfuels on idle and isnt as smooth as it it is on petrol i was told somtime ago that xj40 wernt compataple to the stag multi point setup because of the 2.5 ohm injectors. my bad thought you ment you had the car serviced. ya need to get to the bottom of the coolant loss first. make sure the coolant is at the correct level run the engine and look for leaks also check for the smell of anti freaze. if the car has a undercover on you may need to take that off. are there ...

just checked ther 2.5 ohm will that cause probs?

you need to have the coolant system pressure tested and maybe a sniff test to makesure the headgasket is ok. any desent garage will do this for you. what was done on the service? a propper service takes easy 4 hours and the parts would come to more than 60 quid think ya might have had a oil change ...

quick update the injector jets are 3mm (i take it the jets are the pipe fittings that screw into the valtek injector blocks?) i have turned the gas pressure right down as far as i can and it ticks over nice but when i rev it up fault injectors fully open. so looks like smaller jets and more gas is ...

hi thanks for the reply but the loom comes with the conectors male too injector plug female too injector.

it came with the plugs that plug direct to the loom (male) and on to the petrol injector (female) are xj40's semi sequential?
