Zafira conversion mpg
Hi I'm looking to get a converted zafira I was just wondering what systems people are using and how good the fuel economy is with there systems

I'm in Devizes in Wiltshire last time I brought from down the road a few months ago it was 82.9 so I went with countrywide which is 7 miles away but I'm quite often there so I'm not just driving there just to fill up

ok does a conversion make it better mpg than factory fit because people are saying that there converted zafira does the equivelent of 70+ mpg but vauxhall says the factory fit does 27 mpg equivelent to 49.9 mpg so i cant see how they think theres can do 70+ mpg

hi i have a cylinder tank in my boot which takes up alot of space how easy is it to change it to a doughnut tank and put it in the spare wheel and what tools would i need to get

it sounds to me like he has either pulled the lpg pipe off from injectors to vaporizer or he has not put the pipes from injectors to inlet manifold properly they might be on the wrong cylinders

well my local lpg site 2 miles away is 81.9 so driving 5 miles away to get it for 74 is very good for me only i have to pay monthly thats the bit i dread when the bill comes through lol

hi there im with them i pay after tax 74 pence per litre they give you a key which you can use at any location 24 hrs a day then they bill you on the 15 of the month

well i turned the lpg injectors down to 1.6ms and there is definatly better performance there than when they was set to 2.2ms

hi i have a 1.8 laguna with nlp lpg the petrol is at 2.2 ms but i want my lpg to do a bit better than 28 mpg i have the software for my cpu to get a bit better fuel econemy where should i set my lpg injection times to at the moment it works out its 20% compared to petrol

No turning ignition doesn't luckily when I turn on my lights there earthing some where so the dash resets but when I have sorted that out I will have to take battery lead off it's just annoying when your driving along and the petrol gage flashes but technically it shouldn't move because there is ...

Fuel gage
When I'm on LPG my petrol gage moves down as it thinks I'm using petrol to reset the gage I need to take battery wire off then on again any one know how I can get round this the car is. A 2004 laguna

Because if I do that when ignition is off then the whole system shuts down but if I put the redo ignition then the petrol light flashes when turned off so is that light supposed to flash when off or is it supposed to be off when ignition is off

Hi according to my diagrame the red is connected to battery and White is connected to ignition at the moment there both on the battery I had a look yestoday if I take the red and White one off there is nothing on the switch and it won't start if I take the red one off then the petrol light flashes ...

Well is there away I can get the gas to turn off with the ignition to stop it draining the battery and is there away I can sort the gage out so it is accurate rather than saying 1/2 or 1/4 when it's full

Hi cAn any body help first thing if my LPG is on and engine is off it drains the battery secondly the gage in the cab is inacurate it the 4 light one I have to read the gage on the tank to know how much fuel is in it and third the vaporiser fuel pipe moves it's the metal bit that the pipe connects ...

Well the nlp gets imported from turkey so I will remember not to fo for nlp even the injectors are fairly new so they have been replaced recently but using the diagnostic I can sort it out I just hope this ecu lasts coz it cost £318
