The most likely cause would be air being forced in the induction whilest running at speed.
Take off any ducting going into the airbox from the front of the car or below.

The most common cause of cutting out on the CRV is valve clearence which should be checked and adjusted every 12k as according to Honda. (even on petrol)
It takes aprox 1 hour to do and should be charged accordingly.
If you havn't a Flash-Lube system fitted get one.

Just an idea as we encountered a simler issue a few months back..
Check that no self tappers have been used to secure the pipework under either the rear or front passenger compartments as the wiring from the rear sits very close to the floor...

There is a limit to how much gas Vapor you can pump into a cylinder and combust it, or even get it in there in the first place.. For the ultimate LPG conversion only a Vialle or other liquefied injection system could cope with realy high demands.
