ok cheers for that, im just waiting on a rebuild kit and im going to rebuild it sods law i bought one on ebay and it didnt have that seal i wanted in it

im guessing thats my problem

ok the other day i was driving and noticed the lpg missfiring and cutting out when i let off the throttle so thought i was out of lpg, filled up today and it still does it, i also noticed that when i turn the lpg off i can still here gas coming out the vaporizer. can anyone tell me what the fault is ...

yes i used lambda as im told its the same figures for petrol and lpg where air fuel ratio is different for each fuel and i cant remember too many numbers

i get the lambda readings somewhere near but never exact, i chose those readings as i read it online that those were good to aim for.

yeah i know how to set them up roughly, i basically get it running and adjust r90 till my idle is about .92 then rev it and adjust powervalve till it richens up under load. i aim for .92 idle .85 on acceleration and 1.05 cruise. i have a wideband lambda sensor i put in the dash. are my numbers right ...

standard edelbrock 14 inch round air cleaner and an omvl r90e

i was also told to take the y piece they supplied me with out and replace with two powervalves and use both top and bottom outlets on vaporizer which i did but has not helped. even with both powervalves fully open it still goes lean when the throttle is opened

just fitted this lpg mixer to my edelbrock carb and it runs lean when i rev it, only way to stop it running lean is to tape up the air filter.

anyone know how to fix this

never tried pluggin it in on the old car, i will put it back on and try my laptop and cable with it

ok the unit is dated 2013 on the back, only romano software i can find online is the latest rism 6.1, when can i get the older versions from

i bought a car for spares that had a romano ecu on it and i noticed it looked the same as my emer ecu so figured id plug it into my car and give it a go now car starts and runs but it wont connect to my laptop, i downloaded the romano software but it wont connect, till my emer cable be different to ...

afraid he is not willing to look at the car, supposed to have got a two year guarantee but thats out the window now.

Tubbs fitted my system but now hes out of business and my cars still not running right, anwhere around ross on wye hereford area that could look at it, driving fast or if im pulling a load gets me a fuel trim error code and im also getting a misfire on the lower revs now.

in the photo below the part the red arrow is pointing at had a dial on the end but its snapped off

I accidently snapped the knob that manually shuts off the fuel on the multivalve attached to the tank, are these replaceable. If so where would i get one.

its an emer system, i can set it to non std which lets me put in different numbers for each light on the gauge but whenever i type in a number the second i click out the box it jumps back to what it was previous

anyone have any tips on how to adjust the level sender, in the software i have its set on aeb but there no way to adjust it, if i select a different sender my gauge just goes into the red even though the tank is full. can anyone tell me how i should be doing this

my obd2 software gets info on both trims so i was thinking the lpg would receive that as they both get the info from the obd2 plug.

i only noticed the one bank freezing the other day and im sure they both used to change all time and when i mentioned it to tubbs he said i might have a faulty lambda ...

its just that one banks fuel trims freezing thats gonna bug me now,lol. that banks lamdba post does go to n/a sometimes too and i just wonder if theres a fault.
