Re: Lack of power and misfiring issue - Romano RISN
Try putting NGK plugs in and gap them, I found they were best, issues can also be down to valve wear-my rover used to run badly when cold on petrol & LPG but was ok when warm

Fit flashlube anyway, you can set the flow rate to virtually use nothing if you want-but its there and better than nothing

Sounds like a good install-early days yet-time will tell if it remains trouble free, they must have pride in their work if its neat-a good sign

Re: No change
only other thing I can think of is that the injector wiring is wrong somewhere where the injector cuts are-may even be a faulty petrol ECU

Re: No change
"voltage high" means the petrol ECU is seeing an open circuit/high resistance-so will be an emulator problem more than likely-when switched to petrol the LPG ECU has to reconnect the petrol ECU to the injectors-there may be a high resistance somewhere that the noid light probably won't show up

Re: Bigas Sequential GIS - ECU board Diagram? (Burnt resisto
only thing I can think of is borrow the same ECU from somewhere to get the component numbers/resistor value-but as said would be difficult to change the components anyway as it is SMD

Re: No change
try a compression test. Also try swapping the plugs about for the injectors-injector timing is not that critical-might show something up

Re: No change
my moneys on a broken wire/LPG ECU fault-if your good with electrics you could always disconnect the LPG ECU and bridge the injector cuts to see if the fault clears

or connect a noid light (LED with resistor in series) across the injector terminals/plug to see if there is a pulse

Re: BMW Mini
Conversion does sound a bit too cheap-but if its working ok then thats good.I hope it continues to work well-would be interested to hear of any problems as cheap and good don't always go together-I suppose the less the install costs the quicker the payback time

just my 2p worth, how many miles has the car got on it now? being a prins will probably outlast the car-you could always transfer it to the next car
