Anyone had any dealings with Battersea Autogas http://www.autogas4u.co.uk/
They are advertising there conversions on ebay and the price looks good for BRC system the are LPGA aproved as well.

No not yet, trying to get the cheapest quote, anywhere in country im willing to travel, if i can save £100 or £200 it will be worth it as im working on a tight budget.

Exactly the same the vehicle engine identical the only difference is a few exteria cosmetic differences and yes a toroidal tank in the sparewheel well, i am only stating a fact that quotes are not very accurate, it depends what they want to charge on the day it seems.

Have just been quoted £1500 for a peugeot 107 conversion i think this is expensive for a 67bhp 3 cylinder engine.
I mentioned the BRC System was my preference.
This is what he says;-

I plan on buying a brand new 107 for around £6600 from drive the deal delivered to my door with a years road tax thrown in, get a BRC or egas system fitted and then travel all over europe.

How much did that set up back mate, not sure i would go for the big tank and use all boot space, just the one in the tyre well gets you 250 miles.

Not heard of anyone but is it really worth it? They've got such piddling little engines and hardly any space to fit a tank, why would you bother? Unless of course you are in London and want to avoid the congestion charge but then the car and conversion would need to be on the approved register ...
