whats going on now 72.7p? seems abit extreme..other asdas still around 52.7p..looks like gas price increase worldwide is kicking in

emission standards eh...all for a global warming scam thought up by control freak masonic retards ...and i,m still driving in my old maestro while mr surburbia buys a new car every 3 years...wonder who has the biggest carbon foot print?

yeah and if these new systems are so good why are people ...

The solenoids I'm guessing are a safety thing. If you crash and the engine dies the LPG is automatically restricted to the tank rather than having to do it manually.

no what i'm saying is you dont need electronic systems...my marini kit just had a vapouriser and solenoids and cost £500 fitted ...

been looking to buy one of these and convert to gas... 1.7l,2l and 2.2l engines i believe so if anyone has had one done post your comments on mpg,reliability etc

Cant understand why converters have to put on all this electronic stuff...give me manual switch over and solenoids anytime..its like new cars they have to complicate things so they can rip you off if anything goes wrong.
Lets face it £2k for a conversion is an absolute joke for a days work.

If you have..what sort of mpg are you getting with the 2 litre ford engine?

well i'm probably biased but my BRC kit has done 350k miles on a 1.3 litre maestro engine..2nd engine though and its never had a service.

Before that i had a Marini kit that was probably better on fuel consumption and equally reliable.
