Re: 2003 CRV with BRC LPG
First thing to do is check valve clearances (tappets) Hondas are prone to VSR & they should be checked & adjusted every 25,000 on petrol let alone gas

Re: Major Problem - Starting from Cold - Honda Cr-V 03 plat
I saw it mentioned earlier ... But definately check valve clearances / tappets. I've re-set the tappets on 2 Hondas in the past 3wks both with the same symptoms and expense to local "Honda technicians"

Re: Newbie here. Stag or Prins on RangeRover 4.2 Supercharge
A valve lube system will slow down the procces of VSR but won't stop it. Some installers just want your money here is one of the ones I've done this also suffered with VSR but after new hardened seats & valves where fitted ran 100% perfect with no engine management issues. http://youtu.be ...

Re: Newbie here. Stag or Prins on RangeRover 4.2 Supercharge
I personally wouldn't recommend getting a 4.2 supercharged range rover converted due to the fact that no amount of valve lube will stop valve seat recession and you will be into new seats and valves within 30k at a cost of around £3500 you will also end up with engine management problems. There are ...

If your getting fuel to both petrol & gas injectors then the first thing I would check is the key it may have lost comunication with the immobiliser and stopped firing the injectors.

Re: UKLPG comments
I also as a UKLPG approved installer have had a number of vehicles randomly checked by UKLPG since the introduction of the database. But ultimately it's up to the customer to enter their own details online so hopefully as with most thing once the sh#t floats to the top it can be flushed out. And in ...

I was always under the impression that when they gave a slow flash that it has returned back to petrol ... But to be honest I never checked..... What about switching back with low fuel level ? I seem to remember that as an option.

Re: Opions on spark plug change intervals
If the ones you took out where platinum plugs then I would recommend fitting like - for - like. At very least fit what are recommended for your car. If the IK22 are recommended then fit them if not then fit what's recommended.

Re: leonardo AEB175 running problems
In the Leo software on the diagnostic page you need to de-select / untick all the boxes. If they are selected then when a fault is logged eg: O2 sensor fault then the switch will give a slow bleep and return to petrol until power has been reinstated

Re: Advice Please - Alfa - SaveLPG Oldbury Birmingham
Firstly forgive me for not having the time to read every post on here as I'm busy doing conversions but I thin you will find it far easier to get an MOT done over the phone than to get a car put on the UKLPG database ... Not that I need to do any of these as I do it by the book and don't need a ...

Re: BMW 330i which system is best?
If your unsure about systems / installers. Visit a few places and ask to speak to customers with the same / similar vehicle as yours that has been converted a number of years ago and ask the questions you want the answers to. Here's a compact that had been fitted with a M3 motor and runs faultlessly ...
