It would be best to obtain a ford TIS disk from ebay. The disk holds a wealth of circiut infomaton on the Vialle system and all of the ford production lpg models. If I remember correctly the last TIS disk produced was for 2004.

Are you saying that you have a photocopy of a fax or is it a fax of the certificate its self. If its a fax of the original certificate then the faxed document should be treated as a legal document unlike a photo copy.
