My Vauxhall Omega 2.0 runs on BKR6EK plugs. So I could replace them with these new Iridium LPG plugs. However, do I need to reduce to a 5 plug (BKR5EIX-LPG) or, since these plugs are specifically deigned for LPG cars, stick with a 6 plug (BKR6EIX-LPG)?

Yes the O2 does indeed bounce around when it's running on LPG, and the actuator is on 50 when it idles at 900 rpm.

I increased the fuel overlap to 1 second but it still stalls. I'll try a longer overlap. Is it possible to make it too long? What would be an upper limit do you think?

I tried to take your advice, Mark, but couldn't find a way to take down my post! I have looked for the "valves opened in advance" setting you mentioned but couldn't find it. Excellent. I've downloaded and installed the software. I'm getting quite excited about this! I have found a cable with USB on one end and Millennium connector on the other on ebay (Item 270167577023) for an opening bid of £4.99 so we'll see what that goes for. Hopefully less than £48.
