You know now you mention it and looking back to previous pages the pinj times were about 3.5 before, and ive just realised I always leave the AC on permanent, might help if i turn it off i suppose! Maybe this would bring the pinj times down a bit, will have to investigate it more.

I did delete both maps and start the autocal, I didnt use autoadaption before and havnt used it now, unless you mean auto cal?

Bit of a thread revival and update/ask for advice from the experts! :D

Ive now done about 45,000 miles with the setup relatively problem free, only had to change the solenoid coil on the vap as it became faulty.
More recently on cold starts when running on petrol the engine had started to missfire ...

Changed solenoid coil and its now fine, the coil seemed to be working when cold but failed when warm.
Starts on petrol and switches over at 20°C and ran OK until the engine/rest of the engine bay got up to running temp which is 104°C on mine!

Seems its most likely the solenoid coil, runs ok on gas until the engine heats up to normal running temp, then it switches back to petrol.
The valve itself is clean and looks ok, but I cant feel it clicking when switching over

I removed the filter cover this morning and not much gas came out really, bit of a whoosh but not streaming like you would expect, the filter is clean

I could not find a vent on the reducer, and since refitting the valve with sealer it doesnt seem to be leaking.
But now I have lost pressure, from 1.0 bar down to 0,50
Adjusting the reg does not affect the pressures, system is 12 months old, 20,000 miles could the filters be blocked?

Whats the usual life of the filters? Im having the same problem at the moment with a KME Gold reducer, I initially set the pressure at 1.0 bar or just over, and its now dropped to 0.50 - 0.60 adjusting the reducer doesnt change either pressure. The system is only 12 months old, 20,000 miles

Is this a pressure relief thing? I removed the solenoid today and it looked like there was some residue around it so refitted it with some gasket sealer on the O ring.
Will have to take it out to find the vent, its pretty tight

Anybody have experience of this? I have noticed a smell of gas in the mornings for a few minutes, I had the bonnet up the other morning checking coolant level and started the engine and the reducer leaked quite heavily for a few seconds before stopping, looks to be coming from the solenoid valve ...

You reminded me, at one point the pressure dropped so low that it switched back to petrol, I was pretty much at the rev limiter and for a while. Its set to 0.75 I think as the minimum pressure

Sorry, I know its not relevant to the filling, its just something thats on my mind, especially as its running lean at high load. I will hopefully get round to improving the running over the next few days.

When I took the valve out and bent the float arm round the next fill took the full amount, maybe I just need to bend it round more. I checked the pipe and there are no kinks there
