Hi guys, this sounds like the issue I've been having. I've been adjusting the fueling for cold start but it seems I need to clean my injectors instead!

Where can I get the liqui moly gas injector system cleaner from, please? I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks for the reply Simon. I would normally do more tests but I'm just getting a bit fed up of my lpg system tbh. That's why I made the trip up to you. I need to get this sorted once and for all. Hopefully a new set will sort me out. I'll report back and let you know.

Hi Simon the LPG switches over @ about 45c water temp.

It seams like I should just replace the injectors as that's basically the last part of the system apart from the ecu that's not new. I'd rather replace like for like as that will ease fitment and I should be much closer to the current settings ...

I'll have to check. 14 was on both. Not sure about the 16.5.

I'll have to check but as they are the ltft is takes a little bit of it to sort itself out once on petrol. The stfts looked OK.

I suspect another injector has failed which caused the misfire and lean code on one bank.

Hi Simon. The jets are now 2.5mm and running better but over fueling. My gas pressure was ok at the weekend so couldn't get a vid.

Do you have any availability on the 22nd of this month? I'll drive the 3.5hrs each way for you to map and sort out my lpg finally.

OK Simon, I'll drill the jets to 2.5mm tomorrow and make a vid of the gas pressure at the weekend. I won't bother rebuilding the reducer. I'll replace it if you think it's faulty. My lpg pressure when on gas is 1.6bar but over 3bar on petrol. Will I need to reduce the lpg running pressure for the ...

OK will do. Do you think my map was probably never 100% and that why it's out now?

My reducer does still output a much higher gas pressure when running on petrol. I have a gasket rebuild kit here. Is it worth stripping it down and rebuilding it?

Hi Simon. I've also just checked the size of my nozzles and they are only 2mm. I was thinking of opening them up to 2.5mm.
