No click from the reducer when I close the relay switch but I do get a click from the rear of the car.
My dashboard switch seems too small to have any diode inside it.
I'll have to post some pictures to try to find out what is what on this car, but those will have to wait.
I think I can see the ...

It gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. I get no green light on the dashboard LPG switch
Before it gave up, it seemed to switch the gas on and off repeatedly when driving.
I checked what I could find, and I found that a single yellow wire goes back to the tank, from the switch there are 3 wires ...

Re: Corsa: toggle switch wiring order
It is an original equipment switch as illustrated in the Corsa user manual.
No worries, I know where the wires go now.

Re: Corsa: toggle switch wiring order
It's sorted now.
I just had to check which one was 12V, ..... it was the red/black.
So red/black will go in the middle
and the others will determine lpg or petrol
As it happens, LPG is the red/yellow
I have not put it back together yet but all I need to do is check in the LPG position which ...

Re: 2004 Dual Fuel Corsa NECAM SYSTEM fuel pump not cutting
Does sound like I came close to disaster :( , thank you, I'm glad I asked now
I just ran it on petrol and all seems fine, I will top up with atleast another 5 litres petrol.
If the pump is on,..... the petrol is not going through the injectors otherwise it would go into the combustion ...

I say NECAM system the only clue I have to that is that there is a necam fuel filter apart from that I can't tell how to determine if the rest of it is necam or not, can anyone point me to where the box of tricks is usually fitted?, I see the regulator but there's no name on that either.

I just updated the filllpg map with recent posts on this thread, from Fortwilliam, Glasgow to London Beckton.
Please lets all make the effort to update the map with our local prices, we're all in this together. And if there are unconfirmed stations near you, go and check them and then confirm them ...

2003 53 Corsa 1199cc approx 270mile on 37litres
£10 = 15.4 litres
£10 = 112 miles
Normal combined driving on 'A' roads and motorway
I think the thread should be started again with How far do you get on 30 litres?
As it stands you can hardly draw any comparison between the posts because there;s ...

Re: Problems with filling stations pump?
The only way to work out mpg is to go from empty tank (running on petrol to get to the fill station) fill it up and run to empty again, or fill it as many times as you like and record all the litres you put in and then finally read the mileage when you run it to empty.

Re: Problems with filling stations pump?
See the only way to actually work out your mileage is to use the same pump every time. As you have discovered all pumps are set at slightly different cut off pressures. Or in the case of the calor pump vastly different to everything else you have come across !

Re: How do you correctly work out your LPG MPG v Petrol ?
My outlander runs at 21MPG on petrol.
The last fill on LPG was 36l @83.9p per litre.
So thats £30.20 LPG and I covered 168 miles.
Now I'm lost as maths is not my strong point.
Can anybody work this out for me please.
Barry

Re: How do you correctly work out your LPG MPG v Petrol ?
Friend of mine has just joined and he is paying 53 + VAT
Surely a typo? Or maybe not, that's 63.6p per litre inc VAT right?
How many litres does he use? Was this the opening price for his account without any bargaining?
I'm in South Wales and go past the Bridgend site every day. It would also ...

Countrywide LPG How much is it?
There's no price information on the website, there's no price information on the pumps, there's no price information on the LPG Map (that I can see).

Going South tommorrow, I need to fill up on my way home, somewhere between St Austell/Plymouth and Bridgwater.
I already have seen Active Lad's thread M5 Somerset, 49.9p Taunton Sainsburys
Can this be beaten, is it still 49.9?
