It's a doughnut tank that has replaced the spare wheel in the boot and it has no additional insulation under or around the tank. I'll check to see if anything metallic has fallen down next to the tank, which is vibrating and causing the noise.

They share the same block casting but the heads, inlets, pistons etc are all different.

If you search for 'transfer pump' you'll find a few discussions on the subject. You'll see for yourself that you cannot get the liquid to transfer from the propane bottle to your car tank without the use of a pump.

Don't forget about the duty.

Obviously removing the manifold is preferential but it isn't as important if the manifold is plastic.

Some grease on the drill and tap will help. A sharp and clean drill bit will also be beneficial. Keep the drill speed as low as possible.

So why is the software there at all if it runs at optimum efficiency/performance for every single car straight out of the box?

also when running on gas the gas temp drops to around 25oC but on idle its arround 40oC is this normal?

I would imagine that the differing flow rates explain this, as when on idle the liquid/gas is going through the vapouriser more slowly and therefore has the ability to have a greater increase ...

If the nozzles are located on a relatively flat part of the manifold you could use fibre washers to get the seal.

You could use M6 inserts which would increase the strength but if the inserts were of the compression type you would also likely to have to find some longer nozzles. It obviously also ...

The components used are actually NTC thermistors where their resistance decreases as the temperature increases. You might think that by replacing the thermistor with a resistor of the correct value in order to fool the ECU into thinking that the temperature is within range would do the trick but I ...

You need to give exact details of the components already used on your system.

Also look for colours/coloured dots on your injectors.

If you're having problems identifying the components, try using the BRC catalogue.

You could always do as Gilbertd says which is by far the better way and very easy to check.
