Probably little or no help, but both my LPG converted cars have the filler mounted just under the middle of the rear bumper. A little intrusive, but hard to spot unless you're deliberately looking for them.

To my mind LPG becoming more prevalent is a two edged sword. As there is more uptake, there will be more filling stations selling it. On the other hand if it takes away too much revenue from the guv'mint you can kiss goodbye to the lower duty on it.
