I'm collecting my new L200 Animal end of the month. <BR> <BR>4 pot 2.5 direct injection diesel on common rail. <BR> <BR>power upgrade with an auto box. <BR> <BR>thinking of having it LPG'd. <BR> <BR>reccomendations sought.

on a motorway run at 4K rpm i'll see around 25mpg on petrol and 22.5mpg on gas. is the snorkel facing forwards or to the rear? <BR> <BR>if it is facing forwards it may be getting too much air.

re turbo shaft damage - don't I know it, my GT4 bearing was well fubar'd earlier last year in the summer, got so much of a wobble on at a squillion rpm that one of the exhaust turbine blades more or less shattered.
