A blos Is a mixer really but much better in theory its a variable orifice mixer I have decided to make one I just guessed on the size of the venturi I made it roughly half the area of the original as its a 1.6 engine I will post a pic when it comes off the spark eroder

I've messed with these a lot. I'm a great fan of BLOS. I've one of those Innovate O2 gauges sitting on mine, and the BLOS has it run near-as-damnit, stoich like a champ. See my thread. Mine works using a power-valve in the feed to the BLOS. An AEB Leonardo stepper closed loop and BLOS would be the ultimate set-up.

Jet/needle thingys: Tinley were getting low on stock when I last looked, and I think I had their last few. Thus making your own might be your only option. You might find what you have works well enough. BLOS have such a wide range of adjustment over any given needle I found heaps of overlap. In my experience, I found jet-size wasn't making the differences I would have expected, be aware I was usiing CNG. If you control the draw and/or the power-valve you'll get there. Until I'd done a fair bit of messing, I always found mine too weak.

From memory - larger than your homebrew? - I have half dozen of differing sizes. If you want one, drop me a decent drink. Frankly your effort looks fine to me. Try it.
