Just wondering if anybody else has not received the budget price reduction (in duty) from Countrywide?
Their LPG should have gone down by 0.7 pence/litre (0.715 to be exact) but I'm still on 62 pence/litre (ex VAT) and was expecting it to go down to 61.3 pence/litre.

Not had my bill yet, but they normally send a letter out when prices change so not expecting to see a reduction.

Ask them for an explanation. The duty rate has gone down so the price should drop unless they have added a price rise of exactly the same amount which they should have told you about.

Might be worth looking at what period the bill actually covers

The bill covers March 2011. The budget was on 23rd March, the prices charged either side of the budget are identical.

When speaking to them the other day, they told me that the gas has gone up by £10 a ton but havent passed the cost on!

Isnt the fuel duty different for LPG though from petrol and diesel?
