Hi folks,

Decided to keep my Corrado and sell the Audi as the insurance costs for running both (and my old VW van) are too much.

It is a lovely car, very quiet and with a nice turn of speed. Has a BRC fitted system with receipts. Lovely system, change over is virtually unnoticeable. Car is red and comes with lots of history, including the cam belts/water pump/tensioner etc... done in last 2 years.

Taxed until Sept 2012
MOT until 2012 Sept, but will have new MOT for sale.
138k miles (used daily so will rise)
Price - £3200ono
Location - Gourock/Glasgow.
No swaps.
07956 904 597

Good bits:
Suspension arms, bushes and both rear bearings have been replaced recently, so runs very smoothly.
Recent rear tires. Fronts have good life left.
New discs and pads all round. Genuine Audi on the front and ATE/Pagid on the rears.
Rear exhaust is a Mintex - same sound as original Audi
Centre exhaust recently replace with original Audi
Suspension lowered by 2cm all round when broken spring was replaced, as you can see in the pictures.
Radio recently replaced with Audi original to fix the common volume control issue.

Bad bits:
Drivers window will not go down – assuming regulator. Tries to go down, but make grindy noise.
Usual fading pixels on dash – sometimes displays fine, sometimes not.
Wheels have a few scratches
Stone chips and a small crack on the front bumper, and a large scuff where some reversed along the front bumper.
Stone chips on the front of the bonnet.
Very minor dent on lower passenger door - hardly noticeable
A few marks or scuffs expectant of a car with this mileage
The drivers seat has a little wear from use.

Happily not for sale now :) Managed to persuade my other half to ditch his Polo and drive this. Didn't take much...

I was rather tempted by this - if you change your mind again hopefully it will coincide with me actually having some money!

Bit of a resurrection! I've not been on here for a long while - I eventually sold the S4 to a friend and took a Golf R on a lease deal - very quick and civilised but nothing special. Bought an 04 Mini to keep us going until we finish building our house - then my friend said he was thinking of selling the S4 - 30mins later it was mine - 190k on the clock, engine running like clockwork, never had a moments bother with the LPG. Happy days!
