On a multipoint, not a problem (as long as it references gas pressure to manifold and not atmospheric pressure), on a singlepoint, a recipe for inconsistent fuelling and cutting out.

You've been told by those that know - I'd suggest you try removing it to see if it helps as you've already been told. After all you can put it back on without too much of a problem afterwards?

I'd suggest he remove his snorkel for a few hours while snorkelling :lol:
