Hi,

I drained a LPG tank of a range rover 4 holes 92 liters.

Used some water to drain the tank.

I discovered slight rust inside after 1 year stockage.

I planned to mount it this week.

Do you think i can spray some rust inhibitor or some tank rust treatment to cure it? Or take it to a professional to treat it?

It is only slight rust inside. I can remove it with a small screwdriver from a valve opening.

Thanks

Florent

Light surface rust will not be a problem

I wouldn't apply any treatment - propane is an excellent solvent and will only strip it off anyway, possibly to clag something else up.
